Also Khalid was very helpful at the night time reception and a porter that worked with him. Staff were helpful, friendly and very customer focussed and made our stay a memorable one. “Sofitel J des Roses is the best hotel in Rabat. If you can afford the price this is the best choice. The staff and the service are at a high level. It has a good breakfast buffet and a good level of facilities. Only restaurants are very limited. Pool side restaurant is good but with a short menu. The restaurant -café is really uncomfortable in the middle of the lobby. The restaurant buffet only open for breakfast. I find that was for events and not for residents. Only a Moroccan restaurant is available.”
