“Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. Long-lie required, so reassuring that staff didn't clatter around in the corridor like they do elsewhere in the morning. Staff were friendly and unobtrusive. Room overlooking the backcourt was also very quiet. Would definitely stay again.”
“Exceptionally warm and friiendly welcome on arrival at Reception. Train Journey had been awful! My Son travelled to assist and attend Family Funeral in Dundee so it was just a one night reservation. Would highly recommend and return without hesitation for hopefully a longer stay staff were excellent and the accommodation, evening quietly spent in the lovely Cocktail bar, staff there also very professional with wonderful people skills. Reception held onto our cases until our outbound journey was due. Both curteous and helpful throughout this stay. The Christmas decorations did not disappoint, everything and everybody very welcoming. My Son was in awe of his Smokies for the breakfast he had in the Restaurant, views stunning! I was born in Dundee and do remember pre refurbishment, its good to see and know the original Building kept in style and restored with care. Kind thanks Malmaison in Dundee”
