“Parking very difficult in Old Town but staff very helpfull finding somewhere We were on the top floor of a very old building but the Hotel has been converted to a very high standard No food in the evening but plenty of places to eat in Bergamo”
“Very friendly staff, absolutely gorgeous hotel in the early 14th century building! excellent service”
“Location that is hard to beat and friendly and efficient service”
“The staff at the hotel were heroic in helping us deal (successfully) with unexpected crowds and severe traffic restrictions stemming from a political protest on the day we arrived and a marathon being run the day we were scheduled to depart. The awesome, central location of the hotel in the old city is a big plus; the rooms were very spacious and comfortable; the breakfast was better than most. In hindsight, we should have devoted a second day to Bergamo.”
“Good location but breakfast very basic .Parking for Euro 30 is high or use park far away with parking restrictions . Better to arrive with taxi .”
“Localisation is fantastic and really in the middle of the old town”
“The location is excellent - right in centre of old town. Really good size room with excellent bathroom. Good breakfast and lovely fresh fruit. Parking pass provided for free on street parking. Excellent air conditioning in room and in breakfast room.”
“Central location though getting the car there to drop off the bags was a nightmare future users be warned this is a tourist spot and hence driving your car through the narrow streets with tourists milling around you is not pleasant”
“This was a lovely old and well kept hotel in the heart of the old city. It was lovely. It was spacious and had a modern, updated bathroom. there was a cute little balcony outside our room that had a city view. I would definitely recommend seeing Bergamo, and staying at this charming hotel.”
“Fantastic location. Authentic charming rooms and excellent bathroom facilities. Room was well sound proofed. Dining room was a little too quirky but the breakfast terrace was lovely. ”
