Please contact the property for further information.<br><br>Please note: Renovations:<br><br>The property is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation to all guest rooms, public spaces and the restaurant and bar, Henry’s. The hotel transformation promises a complete redesign of the property’s guestrooms, as well as a lively new look of the hotel lobby, meeting rooms and Henry’s Restaurant and Bar.<br><br>Renovations are scheduled to finish by Spring 2017. The property will remain open and operational during renovations. Renovations to the lobby and to guest rooms are expected to have minimal impact on guests. However, Henry’s bar and dining areas will be completely closed for a full renovation until 7 May, 2017. During this time of the restaurant closure, the hotel will provide guests with a daily complimentary continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese hour.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“Old hotel with cute updated theme. Room was small but attractive. Luckily, did not maintain musky scent of hallway. Good fan and air conditioning options, as the room was warm on these 70 degree days. Comfortable bed/bedding.”

“It was wonderful, however, we were really caught off guard by the fact that there was a raging tail gate party at our hotel the entire weekend, and it was difficult for us to get in and out of our own hotel. We had to stand in line to even get in the door. This was something that should have been better communicated to us when we booked the room. our room was right about the tailgate party, so, it was VERY loud all day long with 2,000 plus partiers in and out of our hotel lobby and parking area. The only benefit to hotel guests was that we could attend the tailgate party for free. Ironically, the event was also free for everyone else, so, there was no real perk there.”

“Good service. Nice, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Good with kids and family friendly but the style of the accommodation (no separate rooms) probably not great with small children because you all have to go to bed early if you want your kid to sleep. This is not the fault of the hotel but rather the fact that it is a hotel.”

“Lovely quirky hotel, excellent location for shops, restaurants and visiting Berkeley. Bit noisy as walls / doors are not really sound proof - you can hear people walking on corridors and on the floors above. Lovely details such as the rooms key cards. Parking is small, was full when we arrived and remained full throughout our stay, but we arrived on a Sunday and we could park on the street without problem. Super nice staff, nothing was ever a problem.”
