“It's the second Penta I've stayed in, the other being in Ipswich recently. These guys have got it right.”
“The lobby was really quirky and it fit the advertised style of the hotel. The suite sort of did the same. The bed was *huge*, which was really nice. The suite had a master bathroom and a powder room, which I guess was nice, but seemed unnecessary. There was some kind of cake and prosecco waiting for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch, but actually a bit confusing; we wondered for a while whether it was complimentary or not, and what prompted it. The arcade game machine was the main reason we got the suite, and it was a little confusing at first (and we never got the sound working), but ultimately it was a fun addition. The cost was much less expensive than the options in Potsdam, and it was a relaxing place to stay, as long as you were prepared for a long trip into town by public transit. This would be a *great* place to stay if you had a car and wanted somewhere quiet and out of the way but with relatively easy car-access to Potsdam and Berlin.”
