“The rooms are too small. No iron and ironing board in the room. Toiletries are a bare minimum. The bath soap sucks. It's like a rock. The water temperature in the shower is either too hot or too cold with a slight change in setting. This was annoying. Getting the right mix of hot and cold water was a challenge.”
