“Room was very quiet (even though complimentary ear plugs were in the room!), it was also dark, the blackout curtains doing a good job. In someways i would say it was better that premier inn for a quiet nights sleep (which premier inn offer a money back guarantee for). Bed was a bit hard, but had a memory foam cover on. I am not a fan of memory foam type covers as i got a bit warm during the night, as did my partner. Room was clean and tidy and compact.”

“The pillows were really hard even though asked for extra still same.do not like the new reception because there isn't one you have to stand in lobby to be attended to and given key.I asked why they have changed staff relied in a while they will be just sat on sofa in lobby with theit phone to greet and attend to guests there will be no desk.have been coming here for years but do not like the new system very unprofessional. Had drink in hotel really very expensive”
“The staff here were amazing! We were greeted by Rahul who sat us in comfy chairs to check us in, asking about our journey and what our plans were. We'd happened to arrive on Accor's 50th birthday so we had some great drinks deals, and left the next day with all the balloons as it's my 50th soon! Room was clean with a cool capsule bathroom, and we were at the back so it was completely quiet during the night. Beds were really comfy but a bit warm as the covering was heavy, but I don't really feel the cold so that won't bother many people. I'll definitely stay here again, this place was a real gem - thanks, Rahul!”
