“We arrived and went to check in only to be told we had a reservation for the previous night! It was completely my fault. The hotel was full of delegates to a conference but the duty manager found us a room to sleep 5 people in and a cot for the baby, we had booked 3 rooms but it was more than adequate as we had been travelling in the car for 10 hours. Breakfast was excellent and overall they were brilliant.”

“This is a clean, modern, no-frills hotel. It's just across the road from the Tram stop, which provides frequent and reasonably-priced access to the centre of Bordeaux. There are some restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a bowling/karting place.”
“Easy to find. Made to feel welcome at reception. It was Halloween and the young restaurant staff made the evening into a special occasion, we anticipated the worst but it was fun. The food was reasonable when it arrived but slow service due to the theatrical antics, but we weren't bored.VERY dog friendly which made us feel very comfortable.The room was perfect for an overnight stop, 2nd floor quiet, nice view , very clean and comfortable beds.”
