“A most uncomfortable room. The only redeeming feature was the bed was relatively comfortable. The shower was awful; the towels nonexistent. The staff was totally indifferent. No safe in the room; required a trip to the desk to access a safety deposit box and with the indifferent staff made it an ordeal to get to the safe. Will never stay at an Ibis hotel again, assuming they're all managed in this way!”
