“Our family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters spent 2 nights here. Overall we would rate Fave highly. Staff were helpful and friendly. Responses to service requests were amazingly quick. The buffet breakfast had a selection of hot/cold, Asian / Western foods including an egg and pancake bar. Good location with Islamic Centre nearby. Rooms clean and good aircon. Would recommend.”
“Location in the middle of town, close to minimarkets, restaurant and Islamic Center as a new iconic and the biggest mosque in Mataram very close, we can just walk from the hotel. The hotel staffs were really nice, especially the driver who picked us up from the airport named Bp. Soni was very friendly and informative, told us everything about Lombok island especially it was our first time visit Lombok, so we found very helpful.”
