“mostly i liked the service and the friendliness of the reception. all the staff were helpfull. every thing was done with a smile. highly recomend them. but the price of hotell is extreemly high. it is a small hotel. no sport activity or a pool.”

“Staff was phenomenal! Very helpful, and provided honest positive and negative info about some of our ideas - in effect providing real and meaningful guidance. Nothing was too much to ask for. They arranged very early AM taxis twice, with no issues. They very thoughtfully noticed on my wife’s passport that one of our days there was her birthday., and - unprompted - we returned to the room after a long day outing to find a delicious chocolate cake with a birthday note from the staff. Wow!”

“The reception staff couldn't do enough to help us. They were all very nice people We had a room on the 4th floor which was very quiet. The rooms are small, but it's an old building, but they had everything needed for s 4 night stay. Lovely wet room shower! The situation is perfect, right in the middle of the main pedestrian area.”

“fabulous hotel , perfect position in pedestrian only area,everything so very close , shops ,restaurants ,tourist areas. staff all very friendly and willing to help ,all spoke english well. Top marks to Mr. Garcia ( i hope i got that right) who was great with his knowledge about other places to visit in portugal as well as looking after us while we were in BEHOTEL. We actually added more nights to our stay, we enjoyed the hotel and Lisbon so much.”
