Important Notice
- Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 75 is authorised upon arrival. This deposit is used for damages and extras taken in the hotel.<br><br>The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking, which may include a pre-authorisation of EUR 1.00. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to provide a valid credit card within 24 hours.<br><br>The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a third party credit card is used, a Thirdy Party Payment authorisation form must be signed by the card holder. The signed form must be completed and returned to us no later than 8 days prior to arrival. There is a maximum amount of EUR 500 per reservation.<br><br>Please note that different terms and conditions and policies, which may include pre-paid deposits, will apply to group bookings of more than 9 rooms. “Stunning hotel in great central location. Staff were excellent at every step from entering into the hotel until we left. Bar staff were great too at the superb bar. Decor was really cool and the room was fantastic. Very stylish and loved the layout for the bathroom and loo. Would go back in a heartbeat. I didn't use the spa or pool but it looked amazing.”

“I didn't see no breakfast being offered I didn't know about that. However the staff was absolutely amazing very welcoming. It was all just a dream. When people are welcoming to their city it makes you want to come back. We hardly left the hotel because the hotel was beautiful and so much to do. The art display was stunning, they had sauna swimming pool. The highlight of my trip was how the staff members made us feel so special and attention to detail even though we didn't speak their language.Thank you so much to the staff members we are definitely wanting to come back again just because of your warm welcome. xxx”

“Absolutely fabulous.the hotel location first of all is beyond perfect. From airport is just less than 20 minutes on a train and the stop is central station.the hotel is literally cross the road from there. Main tours depart from outside the hotel. Main Shopping streets are behind the hotel. Couldn't ask for better location. Hotel itself so clean,modern,staff so helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast included,lovely bar. Swimming pool open 24/7. Absolutely going to recommend to friends and family for their visits”
