“This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The English spoken by the staff is not perfect but they are always very eager to help and will try their hardest with everything. The staff were all very friendly and met all of the requests that I made. The room was beautiful and the bed was absolutely amazing. We stayed during Chinese New Year as well and about 20 minutes after getting into the room the desk staff called and offered us some dumplings free of charge. We didn't really get any room service but the laundry service was very quick and very well done. Overall, this hotel was incredible and I will be staying there again in the future. I was extremely impressed and happy with this hotel.”
