“We did like everything in this hotel. Staff is absolutely amazing, all of them are great people, ready to help you with everything with very warm attitude. Rooms are nice, very clean and spacious enough. Bathroom has very big shower. View from the balcony, especially sunsets are amazing. There is a side sea passage to walk with a little baby. On the other hand hotel is just in the begging of the pedestrian area, so it is quiet at night. Beach is like 20 meters away, and is very convenient for small children. Would definitely come back to this hotel!”
“Lovely hotel staff, a real personal touch. I was so tired the first day/night that I slept for almost 16 hours! The reception staff phoned to check on me because they were worried. This is not the type of service you would get in large/chain hotels. The beach was a few steps away and sandy. All in all, a wonderful break.”

“Stylish in a very modern way; everything was new, high quality, imaginative and worked well. The breakfasts were particularly good traditional Italian spread. The location was good for exploring the south east corner of Sicily and a splendid array of restaurants in the local area were easily reachable. e.g. Ristaurante MezzaParola was immediately opposite Zafran and sets a very high standard for fish and seafood, along with a good collection of wines. There are plenty of good beaches in the area, including Donnalucata, a short walk away. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very competent with a good standard of English if required.”

“This hotel is in an excellent location next to the sea. Run by a lovely team and managed by Santo, the hotel manager who was extremely helpful and smiley, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had lovely views over the bay and very clean and comfortable.”
