“1.早餐簡單清潔乾淨,樣式雖然不多但是足夠讓一家人飽餐一頓！服務大姐親切又俐落 2.房內打掃非常乾淨，移動了床組，發現連床下也都打掃的一塵不染 3.屬於老店新開的飯店，房間格局屬於舊式，部分房間沒有浴缸，但是全新拉皮整修過，住起來溫馨不會讓孩子害怕！唯一就是插座太少，不符合現代社會所需 4.飯店地理位置超棒，火車站步行5分鐘，迎曦門圓環也是5分鐘，晶品城也是5分鐘，樓下就是鬧區，卻不會吵鬧”
“早餐真的蠻多樣也好吃！距離車站很近，樓下就是商圈，離城隍廟口不算遠，事前預訂的嬰兒澡盆也貼心準備了。雖然看得出舊建築感，但仍算乾淨，會是願意再訪新竹的住宿選擇。”
“房間雖小但五臟俱全，隔音像其他旅客寫的，可以很清楚聽到走廊的聲音，不過都是其他人經過時的走動及交談聲，一下就過了；房間內整潔乾淨，沒有難聞的味道～該有的東西都一應俱全，最喜歡浴室很大，還有浴缸可以泡澡！👍🏻👍🏻飯店櫃檯有禮貌，位置離火車站超近，離城隍廟也近，走路都是一下就到了，附近生活機能不錯，晚上從城隍廟回去的路上轉進屈臣氏買了包泡澡劑，入住期間感受都很好～ 下次去新竹還會選擇住這邊！”
“1.服務人員態度佳，冷氣非常舒適，晚上睡覺也很安靜，但是 2.房間整體來說很乾淨、舒適，設備也很算新，感覺好像有重新裝潢過，房間門應該本來是用舊式的那種鎖，因為原來的鎖居然沒有拆掉，不過並沒有影響目前新的感應鎖~~ 3.早上很不錯喔~中西式的自助早餐，選擇˙性多，歐姆蛋好吃，居然還有水果，而且都快要結束規定的用餐時間了，還是都把每一盤都補滿~好像很怕客人吃不飽~太貼心了~ 4.我住的那間房間馬桶跟水槽跟淋浴的地方是在不同間，所以如果上完廁所想馬上洗澡的人必須先穿好衣服再走到隔壁的淋浴間，我個人是覺得很棒拉~~因為馬通周圍完全不會被淋濕，徹底的乾濕分離~”
“浴室超級大，打開浴室有嚇到!!浴缸根本是泡溫泉的那種(但沒有溫泉包有點可惜)，地點很方便，附近有百貨公司，離巨城也很近，很多店可以逛。”
