Very helpful and caring staff led by very well trained Assistant Managers Like Mavis and Will and Mandy. The staff from Nepal were all amazing too From Jason and Sujan at the door together with Maron and Prasidha at the restaurant. Mavis the asst manager planned my trip from Shanghai airport to the hotel and back and ensured my stay in the hotel was amazing and Will made sure I got the assistance I needed sending an urgent message home. To sum it all. Value for your money accompanied by care and first class service. Thank you all”
“This is the best staying experience to me in my last 8 year's biz travel. Compare to the same level hotel, this one is value for money. There is no bad smell when i open the door. This is very important ! Bed and pillows are super comfortable and clean. Room is big enough for two people. Carpet is clean and mantain in good condition. Hotel also prepare some stationery for business traveler. Shower room is perfect. Breakfast has many choice for different country's travller. Reception staff is friendly and helpeful. They take the initiative to provide assistance when I check in and check out.”

“Overall experience is good. We would definitely come back here again next time. The dinner buffet is nice and worth the money. We made the reservation through booking.com and got some perks from the hotel. We got a discount voucher from the spa. It was so relaxing and would recommend to others. Exceptional service provided by hotel staffs is brilliant. We got a complimentary shuttle service to Yiwu train station by hotel manager, too bad I forgot to get his name. Easy and fast to book your ride to either airport or train station. Highly recommend to first-time visitor to Yiwu. It took us around 10 minutes to the Expo.”
