“The young staff @ this funky theme hotel delivered unexpectedly v good professional service. A staff offered to get me cappuccino (not included in buffet) when their black coffee machine needed water top up (again). The bfast buffet has good variety and we also loved the comfy bed, gaming station and netzone. All these really made our unplanned stay in Surabaya so enjoyable. We had travelled by road from Bali to Surabaya due to airport closure (My Agung). Well done, Yello Surabaya!”
