“It's a new hotel, so everything is in great condition. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. But when I liked best was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. For example, on my last day, I had to check out at 6 am. They asked me the night before if I would like them to deliver coffee to my room at 5:30 am as I would miss breakfast. I thought that was very kind so said yes. Not only did they bring coffee, they prepared a breakfast sandwish for me as well! I was very surprised, but very happy. Excellent hotel in Tomsk!”

“Отличная гостиница, новая, с приветливым персоналом. Готовы всегда помочь, подсказать. Предложили ранний завтрак прямо в номер. Правда за отдельную плату. Отличный бассейн и парные в цокольном этаже. Завтраки вообще потрясающие, огромный выбор и шикарное качество. Можно заказать себе любую кашу, или омлет отдельно. И расположение отличное, близко к центру. Цена высокая, но это отсекает ненужную аудиторию. Поэтому ставлю 10 баллов из 10. ”

“Очень стильные и безупречно чистые номера: в номере есть все необходимое. Огромная кровать и куча подушек, особо хочу отметить какое то нереально большое одеяло. В ванной такое количество полотенец, что Лена Летучая бы устала считать. На ресепшн очень дружелюбные девушки и весь персонал отеля очень приветлив и хочет как можно скорее разрешить любую Вашу просьбу. Искренность очень чувствуется.) Очень понравилась термальная зона, то что нужно после долгих прогулок по городу или рабочего дня. Завтрак в отеле очень разнообразный и вкусный.”
