  • Please note that the hotel will send guests an e-mail with a secured pay link to pay for the reservation. Non-refundable bookings have to be paid in advance via this link, refundable bookings can also be paid upon arrival if the hotel has a credit card guarantee.<br><br>The property gives the option to prepay your reservation before your stay. They will sent you an e-mail after you have booked, with more information.<br><br>Please note that a pre-authorization of EUR 1 may be charged anytime after booking.<br><br>Please note that group bookings are only possible when there are no other groups booked in the hotel yet.<br><br>Please note that the following group policies apply for bookings of 5 rooms or more:<br>- Group bookings can be paid via credit card (visa or mastercard) and bank transfer<br>- A 50%, non-refundable pre-paid deposit is required upon confirmation<br>- The total balance is due 28 days prior to arrival, also non refundable<br><br>Cancellation policies for groups:<br>- Until 28 days prior to arrival, cancellation for the group is free. The 50% deposit however will not be refunded.<br><br>Please note that check-in is only possible when guests use a valid credit card or maestro/PIN.<br><br>Please note that the main booker must be minimum 18 years old.<br><br>Please note that children until 2 years of age stay free of charge. Children of 3 years or older must pay for their accommodation.<br><br>Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the first night if you have not arrived by 21:00 on the check-in date and the hotel has not received a prepayment.<br><br>Please note that this property does not serve alcohol.
