“We didn't know what to expect when driving to World's End as it was dark when we got off the train and was further from Haputale than we were expecting. But...it was my favourite place to stay during my whole time in Sri Lanka. The location is unbeatable. ..high in the mountains with incredible views and an amazing swimming pool. It rained alot but if you got up at dawn you could hike up higher and see everything while it was still clear and be back in time for a swim in the still in an incredible breakfast. Moses the manager is the friendliest, most helpful man and was so patient with all our requests. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.”

“This lodge is fantastically located in the buildings of a 130-year Old tea estate. At the site also starts a historical path to World's End - pitifully enough the path is broken after 2 km. Viewpoints are breathtaking. Manager is very friendly. Excellent and copious breakfast. Enormous swimming pool fed with pure mountain water”

“The location is absolutely wonderful. It's remote and quiet and the views are absolutely suberb. The pool is cool and refreshing. The food in the restaurant is good and not overpriced. A tuktuk from Haputale to the lodge should cost around 1500 rupies.”
“The place it self is unlike anything else in Lanka, you are at the top of a mountain with no one else around. We felt completely secluded here and away from all the hustle and bustle.
