“The location is really good and staffs very kindly and helpful.the 5 floors is very hard to climb when you have suitcases but the staff help me to carry them. The room I was lived can see the street. The view is good. Lots of cafe shop and stores around. You can go to the winter palace by walk only 10mins. If you go the see the bridges open in the middle night. You won't need to take a taxi.i have a nice experience in this hotel.”

“Excellent location, just at the hub of the city(in a courryard just off Nevsky Prospect so that customers would have a good sleep) Both metro and railway station are within 10 mins walk. Nice staff who can speak English, which is a big pro in Russia, even in such an important city as St.Petersburg. The rooms are spacious and most importantly the bathrooms kept very clean, as if you were living in a hotel. You can find tons of books in the corridor bookshelves, they are all in Russian though. If you can comprehend Russian, they would be perfect time killer.”
