“I was charged for my room the same day I booked it on booking.com and this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel i’ve used booking. Com before and never encountered any problems. Also, the room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel several customers had to wait due to them overbooking. I tried to get info regarding what happen with my booking and the clerk was rude and smirky, but I did not entertain her ignorance. The pillow smelled like urine and the tub was dirty and not enough towels. Bad experience overnite stay I’m just glad it wasn’t longer. I do want to say the breakfast bar was really nice and clean, but I would not stay there again.”
