“Staff very friendly. Tv remote did not work well. Would not change channels wo lots of waving around. Loud noise like bass guitar playing above our room till 1am. Could not call front desk Bc phone didn’t work. Bed sagged to middle. No English papers in lobby. All in Korean.”
