“We thought the hotel would be comfortable with location close to airport for good shuttle service. Shuttle service limited and not at all on time! One driver was so untrained he needed at airport pilot to assist him where to go and how to get out of two situations where he made wrong turns. Shuttle driver tried very hard was was definitely in adequately trained by management.”
