“The staff is friendly and helpful, food is great. rooms comfortable, clean and have all modern fixtures. easy access to transportation in a good neighborhood. I asked where we could find a steak and kidney pie, had been looking for a week and could not find one, the young man in reception made some inquiries and even asked the chef at the Brasserie in the hotel. The chef offered to make it for us the next night even though it was not on the menu and he had never actually made one before. It was fantastic. After a cold day on the bus tour, they happily made tea for us in the afternoon. just a fantastic staff, especially at night in the Brasserie make the stay here above average.”

“All staff from front desk to breakfast room to housekeeping were absolutely fantastic. Helpful with additional info and go out of their way to arrange extras such as a light breakfast at 3AM before you leave for airport. There are many restaurants and groceries within a few blocks walk.”
