“The location of this hotel is perfect if you're planning to see the sights of old Montreal. The staff were great to deal with and very friendly. The hotel seems to have recently remodeled and is very nice. It's hard to get excited about a hotel shower, but theirs is awesome!!! My Wife and I really enjoyed the city and the hotel was great! We definitely plan to to return to Montreal and the William Gray is where we'll stay”

“The hotel feels new, clean and well-designed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been nicer. A nice touch was when we went upstairs to the crowded, popular rooftop bar and because we were hotel guests we were seated immediately at the bar with a promise to move to a better table when one became available.”
