“After the first night checked in this hotel it became a bad and unforgettable experience and I checked out the following day in the morning although I booked for two nights stay. I make a number of reasonable list of complaints that I wasn’t happy with. The staff understand, was kind and willing to give me a full refund for a next night booking since I stayed for one night only. They took my credit card detail and will give a refund within two weeks for not staying another night. I’m still waiting for a full refund for another night that I didn’t stay.”
