The breakfast in the morning was included and was excellent - full English plus all the trimmings - and for the price (I paid £35 for the single room) this was very good value. The rooms are basic and some are shared loo and shower. This is an old building - a large victorian house I would guess - but ideal for a quick cheap stopover.”
