“Gorgeous old grand hotel located a couple hundred yards from the ocean, perfumed by the salty smell of the sea. Very comfortable rooms and the facilities are perfectly maintained. The hotel has porches around its perimeter, and the grounds and attached marina are beautiful to walk. The bar has high-end spirits and a skilled and personable bartender, Louis. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. As close to a perfect, high-end hotel experience as I have ever enjoyed.”

Adults-only hot tub on an outdoors deck. Nearby Portsmouth lovely for strolling and shopping. Marina at the hotel provides harbor strolling and lovely sunset views.”
