“Comfortable beds, good room size with lots of storage, self contained kitchenette which can't be used with basic package, ample sized fridge, spa bath in bathroom, bath accessories replenished every day, stunning views of the countryside, beautiful, large rustic style reception and main hall with lots of sofas and well stocked bar for socializing.. Hotel was very busy, nevertheless we had lots of privacy. The hotel also had a large car park at the back and was close to a restaurant ( booking obligatory with 10%discount for hotel patrons) which we never used”
“Very nice, beautiful view from,our room. Nice breakfast, front desk staffs are okay. It would have been nice if the staffs at check-in tell us more about their property and shows or tell us The facilities and it's location. The picture at the web shows of nice cave like sauna,that was what make us decided to,pick this hotel, but no one seems to tell us where, how to take advantage of it. Couldn't even get to see what it looks like, asked at front desk, but get a very vague answer, doesn't offer to shows the direction. Sad. I booked for a body scrub service, but the girl seems to be very rush, no offer of shower afterward, I walked out of there my body feel oily and yucky,had to shower in my room. So disappointed, not good service and the value is not worth it.”

“The best location in all of Tuscany and the staff at the hotel are just unreal. Super sweet and want to do anything to make you happy! Their pool area is the best in Italy I think with the best view you can imagine and their lobby is gorgeous and they make the best hot chocolate around. Just ask Alberto to make it for you! And Sabrina makes everything perfect and will do anything to make yoru stay even better!”
