“If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay while visiting Istanbul Waw Hotel Galataport is the place. The location is at a peaceful spot where you see locals playingboard games and little kids running around playing soccer. Depending on what you are looking for or the touristy sites you're wanting to see, Waw hotel is just a 10-20min walk to mostly everything. The Hotel has a friendly staff to help you with any questions and will work with you any problems. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! What I love most about this hotel is the location of how it's still in the city but placed in a calm area and out of the busy life of the city.”

“Great location, no more than 20 min walking distance from most of main Istanbul visiting sites and points of interest. Fabulous, very friendly, super professional and very helpful staff working in hotel. Absolutely amazing standards, way higher than I expected for the price I paid. Breakfast simple, but tasty and more than just standard continental. I won't definitely bother to look for a different property to stay if returning again to Istanbul :)”

“This hotel is nice, well located at 200 meters of the tramway station and near of all by foot. It's very clean and recent and the bedrooms with the windows with the view on the street are "super". The staff is very professionnal especially Irfan and Youssouf who are very kind and helpful. There is no kitchen in the bedrooms. Thank you at the whole staff!”

“Excellent location - a short walk to Tophane tramvay stop which can take you either in the direction of Sultanahmet or to Kabataş where you can catch buses or take ferries to the Asian side, the Princes Islands or even to Bursa. Clean and very comfortable rooms with complimentary water and a fridge.”
