“Location of the hotel at Nungwi on North-East side meets a very quiet arrangement with beautiful beaches empty of people. This is in big contrast with North-West side of Nungwi which is full of hotels, bars, restaurants and with a lot of both local people and tourists. To walk from hotel to the bars area takes about 30 min. by the shore and about 20 min. through the village”

“The location was stunning and the staff are exemplary. The rooms have a fantastic sea view, were bright, clean, spacious with well appointed bathrooms. The breakfast was good and evening meals generous and delicious. No surprise that this hotel is popular so the need to book in advance. It is excellent value and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel in this beautiful part of Zanzibar island.”

“Stuff was absolutely amazing, always smiling and welcoming. Rooms/bungalows were great, spacey and clean, with very cosy beds. Food also was great tho not so many variety for breakfast as in other properties around the island. Food from menu was exceptional, we loved that breadsticks before main course, especially with beer :D Pool, everything around pool and the view of the sea is stunning, with birds in trees, great for daily chills. A lot of greenery around the property, trees, bushes, pictures should be updated, its way more better then on the actual ones :)”

“Words can't express how amazing Warere Beach hotel is. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - and I've travelled a lot. It should be 4* for sure. I had the single room which is small but great value when most of your time is spent outdoors eyeing up the scenery anyway. The food was absolutely superb and the staff were the friendliest, most delightful people ever. The personal attention was superb, especially as a solo traveller. On my birthday, they surprised me with song and dance and the most beautiful personalised birthday cake! I was overwhelmed. I also went on a dolphin spotting trip and the taxi guy linked to the hotel went the extra mile by organising a lunch for me. The pool and views of the sea are stunning and the secluded beach, quiet and safe. Thank you Warere for an unforgettable 6 days. I really hope to be back one day.”

“This place is really one of the best ones which you can stay in Nungwi at. The hotel itself has a big building and small surrounding bungalows. We have stayed in the big building with the restaurant, with a gorgeous sea view. The beach is really beautiful, even if you walk further either to the left or to the right side, you will find beautiful and calm beaches. The pool bar is awesome too, as well as the whole staff at the hotel :). Paola the owner is a very nice and welcoming person too.”
