“(1)有耐心：飯店提供多台電動小車給小朋友開，孩子開得很盡興，所以電瓶相對耗損很快，但staff卻可以非常有耐心的不斷前來更換，重點是還很有耐心，真心覺得這些年輕人很棒，希望可以再增加些電瓶，縮短等待時間(2)前台staff親切，讓孩子很喜歡(3)擺放早餐的空間雖不大，但餐點挺不錯吃，上菜速度快，小而美”
“早餐很新鮮豐富，房間浴池超大，即使無法享受飯店的露天溫泉池(連續下雨)，仍然可以享用礁溪溫泉，接待人員更是親切，詳細介紹飯店內設施，並介紹了附近的的「文鳥公寓」，進房前和退房後，孩子仍然可以享受飯店的電動車，即使一整天都安排在那附近活動，還是很豐富。”
