“The staff was great. The hotel was decorated very cool (loved the art work in the lobby). The toiletries in the room were great quality. The room was very clean. We ordered room service, the food came great and I love that they offered gelato from a local ice cream shop. The location was perfect we were able to walk almost everywhere we had on our itinerary.”

“It was a great property in an excellent location, right next to the White house, Brunch in the rooftop bar came with a view of the Washington monument. We were given an accessible room (not that we needed it) by chance, from this point it was excellent! all features. As an event planner accessible is key for hotel needs and this the W certainly hits the brief. rooms bright and comfortable, plenty of things within walking distance, including museum's, Washington monument, White house, nice restaurants and bars. Front door team were great, really welcoming, remembered you every time you came back in, offered us a token for a free drink in the bar, very helpful and friendly.”
