“I chose the W because it was modern looking, and because they do NOT have those old motel bedspreads. Also, many kudos to the bartenders on Friday night, Lucas and Tommy. Very friendly and attentive. They both made the evening very enjoyable.”

“The beds were awful, had back pain .. rooms and overall at pool shabby. The air conditioner in living room had to be fixed twice. No glasses at the bar and bathroom had no where to put your stuff. Ok but not the level I expected from a W hotel. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have checked out. They did however respond nicely and compensate us for our lousy experience.”
