“Отличный, вежливый персонал. Абсолютно все, от охраны в дверях, заканчивая уборкой номеров, в которых, кстати, очень чисто! Завтрак до 10-00, Шведский стол. Я кушаю на завтрак мало, но выбор еды очень большой. Когда спросил у девушек в ресторане "Мне еще что нибудь осталось?" получил ответ - для Вас мы приготовим лично, если что то закончилось. Браво! Вторые сутки были не полные, поэтому половину уплаченной суммы мне вернули. Вид из окна (с балконом) отличный. Набережная Волги. Рядом есть музей Пива, рекомендую. С удовольствием приеду в этот отель еще раз, очень понравилось!!!”
“Отличное место. Очень приятный персонал. Номер зачет, хотя жил в самом простом из представленных в отеле. В следующий раз, при посещении Чебоксар, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.”
