“The staff were honest, polite and respectful. Super excellent quality of service in every department including room service. The breakfast was delicious, well prepared and served respectfully. Staff were efficient and the service at the Taj President was and is always exceptionally good. I always enjoy my stay there. I must also add that I immensely enjoyed my stay at the Taj Exotica in Benaulim Goa. My room even had a private swimming pool attached. Fantastic !!!”

“Our rooms on 14th and 16th floors were quite spacious and great decor. Breakfast was with awesome choice but quality of South indian snacks could be much better. Good options but taste not upto expectations. Excellent service there. Suggest to leave lots of butterflies in open area under net. Will give a feeling of conservatory or tropical forest (with jungle sounds of birds)”

“The staff were very kind, especially to my son who wasn't feeling well one day during our stay. The restaurant staff quickly fixed some plain pasta to take back to our room, and the housekeeping manager on our floor even brought him flowers!! Very thoughtful, and helped to brighten his day & our memories!”
