“Nice and Helpful staff, helped us to find location of several sightseeing places, freely lend us electric socket adaptor and cleaned one shirt at laundry. Comfortable, spacious, bright and clean room. The bed is good, so is the bathroom, we have a good view and could appreciate the sunrise every morning. Free wifi in the room and a big TV with both local and english channels. The location of the hotel is very close to the center of Seogwipo, which you can reach by foot in 2 to 5 minutes, as well as the main bus center for visit departures. There are plenty of restaurants or bars around with the night market at 2 minutes walks as well. Really a good hotel ,well located with good staffs. Appreciated the stay! ;-)”
“Location was great -walkable distance to markets. Parking provided and the concierge also acted as an awesome valet. Hospitality was great despite language barrier but google translate prevailed. Lady even walked us to a very nice bbq restaurant around the neighbourhood.”
“The staff were very friendly, they did not speak english but we communicated with each other through "google translate". On our check-in date the staff understood I was sick and she gave me an early check-in. There was a mis-communication about the taxi to the airport, but they resolved it by dropping us at the airport by her own car.”

“버지니아는 가족들이 운영하는거 같았다. 모두가 기분좋게 해주시는 특별함이 있었고 친절한 서비스와 깨끗한 내부숙소 그리고 서귀포올래 시장이 가까워서 편리했고 주변 먹거리와 눈요기가 넘 좋았다. 다음에 다시찾고 싶은 장소다.”
“部屋がとてもきれいでした。市場近く美味しい魚が食べられます。美味しい黒豚専門店もありました。スタッフも親切でした。中央ロータリーが近いのでバス移動には便利です。”
“입구 느낌은 모텔 느낌이나 룸은 3성급 이상 호텔느낌이 나고, 실내 룸은 너무 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있고, 호텔 내 주차 공간은 없지만 자체적으로 주변 공영주차장에 발렛파킹을 해주시고, 전 직원분들이 매우 친철하게 대해주심. 가장 좋은건 도보 3분 거리에 올레시장이 있어 너무 좋음”
“有職員會說間單中文,熱情有禮。房間設備先進,整潔度高,自動並迅速解決客人疑難。地理位置好,附近有便利店及很多食店,離美食街和西歸浦每日市場大約10分鐘以內嘅路情。15分鐘以內就能到達各巴士站,前往各個旅遊景點。”
“체크인 시 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨고, 짐 옮기는 것도 도와주셨어요. 평일이라 그랬는지 모르지만 요청도 안드렸는데 룸 업그레이드도 해주셔서 정말 편하게 쉬다가 왔습니다. 제주 첫 날, 서귀포에 다른 호텔에 묵었는데 객실이 너무 습해서 힘들었던 기억이 있어 걱정했는데 전혀 습하지 않고 청결했습니다. 시설도 최신인 것 같구요. 올레시장이 코앞이라 위치도 아주 좋아요. 수건이 4장인데 조금 모자라서 연락드렸더니 바로 가져다주시고 마지막 체크아웃할 때까지 너무나 친절하게 관광정보도 알려주셨어요 ㅎㅎ 다시 제주도에 오면 묵고 싶네요~”
