“A really brilliant hotel! This was our second stay here in two weeks - we wanted to come back because we love it! The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Always smiling, opening doors for you and saying good morning, good afternoon and good evening throughout the day. The staff here really are superb. They were so kind and friendly and really keen to speak English and listen patiently when I tried to speak bahasa Indonesia. The breakfast was incredibly good - tasty with a good variety. The bed was extremely comfy (the best of my 5 month travelling trip!) and the TV had a great selection of channels showing a lot of different movies. The hotel has a calming atmosphere which makes you feel really relaxed - the music is lovely and the reception area smells like jasmine flowers. Overall, I would highly recommend my stay here and I never write reviews but wanted to share my experience! Thank you so much!”

“The rooms are very comfortable with a great air conditioner. The deluxe rooms have a nicely appointed bathroom with a rain-head shower and there is a big built-in desk in the room which is perfect for work. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the owner is the super nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even drove us to a nearby cafe. We will continue to stay here when we come to Cirebon.”
