“Sigrid (reception) and Alessandra (sous chef) went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. They were both really warm and friendly and spent time giving us advice when we requested it and booking restaurants even for events we had on after our stay. The rooms were really beautifully and individually decorated and the location amazingly tranquil. The building has been lovingly restored and sits among olive trees and countryside but is not too far from Manduria. The restaurant was not officially open whe we were there,as they were still preparing for its official opening in November but they still managed to produce an amazing breakfast and even opened up the restaurant just for us to give us a meal when we arrived late on our first night and the food was really good. They are adding a pool and spa which I'd like to see when it's finished and I look forward to returning to Vinilia.”

“We liked that huge pool was opened recently, very refreshing! The whole ambience and combination of old architecture and new, modern touch in rooms, design. We really liked to stay in the first floor, felt like being in the garden. Soundproof rooms - one night had a family with a newborn next to us, did not hear a sound. Great breakfast. Smooth service.”
