A separate special thanks to Ms. Anna, the hotel manager or one of the owners (it was not quite clear from what we were told) who kindly offered a nice highest level room reserved for VIP instead of the one which did not satisfy us for a certain reason. In spite the fact that the hotel was fully booked for Easter holidays. Very good job, thanks again for unforgettable staying!”
