“Benedetta and the whole team - from reception to restaurant/kitchen, spa and housekeeping - made it a memorable 4-night stay. Most rooms (we had the Junior Suite) have a wonderful view on the hills and have a little balcony to enjoy this. Restaurant is great - both in the morning for breakfast as well as for lunch and in the evening. Beautiful structure and grounds with large garden, outside pool with lounge area and indoor spa facilities. We had sunny weather during our stay and didn't use our rental car at all, however also when the weather is less nice there is plenty to do in the hotel (e.g. spa) as well as in the surroundings. What really makes this place is the high level of professionalism and kindness of all staff, who try to accommodate any need. A special thanks to Patrizia for the great care she took for our 11 month old baby when we wanted a bit of couple time!”
