“A restored country farm villa, set in a small village in the Udine, surrounded by vineyards. The perfect setting for a restful stay. The staff, the ambiance, the buildings all together present a complete package that is second to none. Breakfast was to die for. Moreover, they sell their wine at the property and it is an opportunity to purchase superb wines at less than retail cost. We will definitely be returning for an extended stay. In summary, a gem.”
“Strategic location to visit Palmanova, Aquileia, & Cividale. The staff pays great attention to the details. They organized a tour of the Livon vineyards on the spur of the moment, just for the two of us, the afternoon of our arrival. The tour is a must for the breathtaking views and the wines are excellent. We particularly enjoyed Braide Alte. Our apartment was very comfortable: great price for such high quality arrangements.”

“De ontvangst was erg hartelijk. Als gast voelde je je zeer welkom. De kamers groot en schoon, met een heerlijk zwembad in de mooie grote tuin. Palmanova is een stad die vlakbij ligt en de moeite waard is om te bezoeken. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, zoetige taarten, hartig beleg en heerlijke handgemaakte cappuccino.”
