“Vilafranca' staff and manager help travelers in a professional and understanding manner. Their courtesy and assistance went to beyond that we were expected from other facilities. Breakfast was highly nutritional well balanced, and delicious. Vilafranca is a safe place located in an area with a great view of San Cristobal and Parks. Museums such as Chilean Fine Arts Museum and others are nearby. People in the area are nice and helpful. Chilean food is available.”
“Close to the main street: Providencia. Great location with access to public transportation. Staff is amazing, super accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfasts are light, but filling. They have an abundance of books for you to borrow. Also, the hotel itself is comfortable, clean, well located, and beautiful.”

“Lovely helpful staff, family-run, charming, traditional and intimate (8 rooms). It has a very pretty courtyard for guests - a lovely quiet haven - a comfortable sitting room for guests and well presented breakfasts. Attractive neighbourhood and leafy streets with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and 10 mins walk from metro. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere with character and old world charm in the heart of the city.”
