“The Vigla is a small, family-run hotel located in a charming village near unique cultural attractions and several beautiful beaches. There is a big pool, a nice area for sitting outside and an overall feeling of welcome. The rooms are clean and bright. It is clear the the owners care about their property and care about their guests enjoying their stay. The hotel is intimate yet there is plenty of privacy. Staying in a small place, run by people who are truly invested in their guests' enjoyment is not an everyday experience. This is one of the things that makes the Vigla special. I would happily return with my family.”

“Great hotel, lovely big room with a king sized extremely comfortable bed, equpoed eith fridge, hair dryer and safe, spotlessly clean, super smart, modern bathroom with lovely shower and beauty products, interesting location. Excellently run, lovely family and good food cooked and grown by the family. We also had a memorable and excellent tour of the main sites in Amirgos by Adonis Roussos, ghe son-in-law that I would highly recommend!”

“The family that owns the place is fantastic. All of them are extremely nice, welcoming, warm people. Always making sure that your stay there is perfect. Adonis is one of the greatest persons I've met, has huge knowledge on Greek and Amorgos history... great person to spend time with. Great rooms, amazing bed, the location of the hotel on top of a mountain gives it an incomparable view of the island. The food is almost 100% local products and is just amazing. We would definitively go back!!!!!”
“Great hotel - one of the best we had in Greece for this price! Big room, very clean and nice bed. The hotel is run by a family and they make you feel like home. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant too. Even if the village is quite isolated there are many restaurants in the village and good ones. We wish we could have stayed longer!”
