“Excellent staff! Parking very organized. Checking in was a breeze. Complimentary welcome drinks served in room. Satisfying complimentary breakfast. Friendly and courteous staff. Common courtesy are forgotten now a days especially in hotel setups but not in this hotel. They are all very mindful of their actions and words. Requests are accommodated as much as they could. They have a small restaurant that offers Filipino dishes and so as for what we had, we can say they are all above expectations. Pasalubong store is perfect! Very affordable and I can bet they have better tasting snacks than most of pasalubong stores in the city. We ordered our pasalubong a day before our actual check out and upon checking out our orders were ready, fresh and warm! They even let us charge it to our credit card! Literally few footsteps across picnic grove. Convenient.”
