What guests loved the most

“Owners and staff are awesome, they went as far as possible to make our stay comfortable, they were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and we liked the deco, very comfy. Breakfast was great and custom made. The hotel has a small observation deck on the 3rd floor that allows you to see all the mountains around on a clear day. It is very close to Rodoviario bus terminal.”

“This hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful! You get a bang for your buck!”

“Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. The owner/staff were professional and friendly. They gladly stored my luggage while I was off trekking. When I arrived at the hotel, the front door was locked and no one answered my knocking. But a neighbour noticed, made a phone call, and 10 minutes later I was settling in. Note: Be sure to enjoy the sunset/views from the top floor viewing room!”

“The hotel is only a few blocks from the bus station and about a ten minute walk from the central business area. There is a small market across the street that will supply you with most of your needs. Breakfast was included and was very good. It included eggs, cheese, cereals, pasteries, coffee, and fruit. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was large and had a small refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a rooftop living room that has expansive views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Although the staff did not speak much English, they were extremely helpful. The owner even took us around to several rental car companies to make sure we got a good deal! I highly recommend this hotel!”

“The people that work there are very nice. They drove us to the bus station - it was raining. They made breakfast early because our bus was leaving early. Great place. We stayed in the triple.”

, USA

“Not what I was expecting at all - it was a very nice surprise! I was traveling to several towns and stayed at multiple hostels and B&Bs. This was by far the nicest room of my whole trip. I should mention that I had a room and not a dorm bed. The owners and their son were very welcoming and helpful. My schedule brought me in late and I was out early, but they were there morning and night. They even packed a box lunch for me since I was going to miss breakfast. Very sweet family!”

“I stayed at Viento Patagonico prior to and post my Panagonian adventure. Everyone I met there was so friendly and helpful and I really felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and the facility really gorgeous especially the "viewing room" above the restaurant. As a bonus it's just a five minute walk to the bus station which is very convenient if you're headed to one of the national parks such as Torres del Paine. I highly recommend Viento Patagonico and congratulate them on a job well done. Thank you!”

“Very nice hotel. Excellent and super friendly owners, who even drove us when we were running late. You should know that this hotel is located only a 5 minute walk from the central bus station. Great experience”
