“High points included the fact that the room was relatively mosquito-free after the first day (note that one mosquito repeller was included, and we brought one as well). Hot water and water pressure was consistently good. Bed was comfortable, and sheets clean.”

“The hotel is clean, comfortable, friendly with nice rooms with good outlook from a good-sized balcony over the lovely courtyard pool. The location is excellent, being in a quiet, narrow street close to many of Chiang Mai's attractions and several good restaurants and shopping areas. It is quite an easy walk to excellent night markets and food stalls. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of foods. Of particular note is the friendliness of staff who seem to enjoy working in this hotel, which we found to be the most pleasant of the five good hotels we stayed in in Thailand.”
