And we was pleasantly surprised , that we booked a standard double room with the city view , but they upgraduated it for free to the room at level 21 with the amazing view to the ocean ,what we enjoyed a lot. “No welcome introduction, no information given as to where the restaurant was for breakfast in the morning ??? Construction on site so messy and disruptive, dirty bathroom (moguls in shower) and out of date furniture and decor. No info given to guest you just had to work it out for yourself. Couldn’t have a drink on the balcony because it was locked from inside above on a deadbolt and balcony filthy. Would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again. Very poor☹️☹️☹️”
