“Room and bathroom is really really small for 2 person, we cannot really fix in 2 luggages in the room. I have a different booking for the next 3 days but the hotel staff is really not helpful and want us to check out the room next morning and check in again at 3pm. When we check in at the evening after sight-seeing, the staff gave us a smoking room which is very very smelling until I feel like want to vomit, so I do not have any choice but to upgrade my room and paid extra 18,700 yen for the next 3 nights. I will never never consider to stay in this hotel again in my whole life for this bad experience even though the location is quite okay. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed for my past 46 years.”
